Brokedown Balkan

13/09/2025 we assemble shitboxes from Estonia, Norway, UK, Germany and Belgium at a cross circuit in Belgium.

The next day we start our event with a lap on the track. The finish is more than 700 km away in the German Black forest. The participants get a taste of driving time and a portion of beautiful roads in a hilly area before getting to the Balkans.

15/09/2025 there are two options, through the Austrian mountain passes or get fast to Slovenia to conquer the Vrsic-pas. With slopes up to 18% and some sections in cobblestones. After 705 km all shitboxes arrive on the campsite in the Julian Alps.

16/09/2025 we drive all the way to south Croatia along the Adriatic sea and as desert the Mali Alan pas. The former Balkan war frontline and still covered with landmines in the area.

Time to prove that shitboxes are good(ish) for off-road.

17/09/2025 we head to Bosnia and after Mostar we face the hardest part oft he event. The R434, a 47 km grvael road through several mountain ridges. Said to be only done with 4x4's, but every shitbox conquered it.

18/09/2025 it's Montenegro time. Definitly the most beautiful country in the Balkans and with only 358 km, a short stage though the valley's and bays of the Balkans.

19/09/2025 the Top Gear stage, on the roads where BBC recorded the Albanian adventure of Clarckson, Hammond and May.

20/09/2025 we go all the way to North Macedonia. But to do that you'll have to drive the Hell Road which we named the SH 75.

21/09/2025 from North Macedonia all to way to Serbia along the Donau.

22/09/2025 we finish in Hungary with a BBQ and endless tales of the adventures we endured.
